Shipping policy

Delivery included — always
Delivery is included in the price of every Scent Trial box. There are no surprise
shipping fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

How we ship
We ship all orders via The Courier Guy using their locker-to-locker service. Once
your order is ready, it is delivered to your nearest Courier Guy locker point where
you can collect it at your convenience — no waiting at home, no missed deliveries,
no packages left unattended.

Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to The Courier Guy within 1-2 business days of
payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been
shipped.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery to your chosen locker typically takes 5-8 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak periods. Once delivered, you have 36 hours to collect the parcel. If for whatever reason, you cannot collect within this time frame, the parcel will be moved to the closest Courier Guy Kiosk for you to collect.

Why locker-to-locker?
Door-to-door delivery in South Africa comes with real risks — missed deliveries,
wrong addresses, packages left unattended. Your Scent Trial box contains something you actually want. A locker keeps it safe until you are ready to collect, on your schedule, not the courier's.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your parcel on The Courier Guy website.
