Refund policy
We want every ScentTrial box to be exactly what you expected. If something is
wrong, we will make it right — no arguments. This policy explains what we cover and
how to reach us.
What we do not accept returns on
By their nature, fragrance products cannot be returned once opened and used. We
do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used trial vials
• Full bottles that have been opened
• Boxes where the scent simply was not to your personal taste — that is exactly
what the trial mechanic is for
What we do cover
We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
• Your box arrives damaged in transit
• Your vials are leaking or defective on arrival
• You received the wrong scents
• Your box never arrived and the courier cannot confirm delivery
Our GC-MS consistency promise
Every ScentTrial fragrance is GC-MS matched — the same molecular composition,
every batch. If you believe a product smells noticeably different from a previous
order of the same scent, contact us. We take consistency seriously and will
investigate. Where we confirm an error on our side, we will replace the product at no
cost to you.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue where applicable. We
aim to respond within 1 business day.
Refund process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7
business days. Where a replacement is offered instead, it will be shipped within 2-3
business days of the issue being confirmed.
